Trifari was founded in 1925 by Italian Gustavo Trifari and grew prominence in the 1930's when the brand hired Alfred Phillip formerly from Cartier and Van Clleef Arpels to design its collections. The brand ceased production in 1990’s making Trifari pieces highly sought after by collectors for its aesthetic and increase in value in the vintage marketplace.
